# Soosh

> Soosh is a WhatsApp Business platform and Meta Business Partner, built in India. It connects a business's WhatsApp number to a shared workspace: the whole team answers customers from one inbox, a chatbot replies automatically (keyword replies, bot flows and AI answers from a knowledge base), campaigns send Meta-approved templates to many customers at once, and agents take WhatsApp calls in the browser. Soosh runs on Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API.

Soosh is for businesses that sell, support or market on WhatsApp and need more than one person on a number. Owners and admins connect the number and manage members and roles; managers run campaigns, templates and the bot; agents answer chats and calls; developers connect Soosh to other systems through the REST API and webhooks.
