Delivery
Soosh is software you use online, at app.soosh.io. Nothing is shipped.
Delivered online
Soosh is a WhatsApp Business platform that runs in your web browser at app.soosh.io. We don't sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.
Plans
A plan applies to your workspace as soon as its payment is confirmed. Your team keeps using the same workspace; the plan changes what it can do.
Wallet top-ups
Credit is added to your workspace's wallet as soon as the payment is confirmed, and you can use it for AI features straight away.
Connecting WhatsApp
You connect your WhatsApp Business Account to Soosh yourself, in the app. Meta reviews some details, such as your business's display name and message templates, and can take time to approve them. That review is Meta's, not ours.
If something doesn't arrive
If you've paid and your plan or credit doesn't show in Soosh, write to support@soosh.io with your workspace name and the payment's date and amount. See also our refund and cancellation policy.
