No. Meta sets the price of WhatsApp business messages and bills the payment method on your WhatsApp Business Account directly. Your Soosh wallet doesn't pay for messages, and campaigns keep sending whatever its balance is.

Meta charges for each template message delivered. The price depends on the template's category (marketing costs the most, utility and authentication less) and the customer's country. Replies inside the 24-hour window are free, and so are utility templates sent while that window is open.

Soosh shows an estimated cost before you send a campaign, worked out from each customer's country and Meta's rate for the template's category. The estimate is the most it can cost; you pay nothing for messages that fail.

From a prepaid Soosh wallet, once AI charging is on for your workspace. It pays for AI bot replies, customer memory updates, and AI help for agents like reply suggestions, rewriting and translation. You can set a monthly limit, and top up by card, UPI and other methods, or automatically from a saved card.

No. AI answers use Soosh AI, so there's no AI account or key to set up.

AI pauses, and nothing else stops. Chats keep arriving, your team can still reply, and messages, campaigns and calls keep working. The bot sends its fallback message instead of an AI answer until you add money.
